Delete your account
You can delete your Go Pookie Go! account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent: your progress, items and purchases in the Game cannot be recovered.
Option 1: in the Game (fastest)
- Open Go Pookie Go! and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Follow the two confirmation steps. The account is deleted immediately and the Game starts again with a fresh account.
Option 2: by email (if you cannot open the Game)
Email support@octenda.com with the subject "Delete my Go Pookie Go! account". Include your Player ID (shown in Settings > Account, with a Copy button) so we can find the account. We may ask you to confirm you own it. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your game account, progress, items and currencies.
- Linked sign-ins (for example Sign in with Apple, and the Apple token is revoked).
- Your chat messages, name and avatar (messages are removed from view straight away and purged).
- Your sessions and device links, so the old device can no longer reach the account.
What may be kept
- Purchase and refund records, kept in an anonymised form that no longer links to you, for as long as tax, accounting and chargeback rules require.
- Security and anti-abuse records that are not linked to your account, and database backups, which are removed within 7 days.
