Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Octenda Inc ("we", "us") for the Go Pookie Go! game and related services (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher). If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may only use the Game, and make purchases, with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use of the Game and for purchases made on your device.
2. Your account
Your account is created when you first open the Game. You can link it to Sign in with Apple to restore it on another device. Keep your device and Apple account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Only one active session per account is allowed at a time. You can delete your account in the Game under Settings > Account.
3. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts or automation, modify or tamper with the Game or its data, bypass our security or integrity checks, reverse-engineer the Game, sell or trade accounts or items for real money, harass others, or use the Game unlawfully. Game results are decided and checked on our servers. We may flag, restrict or remove accounts, items and rewards obtained through breaking these rules.
4. Virtual items and purchases
- Gems, items, passes and other virtual goods have no cash value, are not property, and can only be used in the Game. You receive a limited licence to use them.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency.
- Time-based passes (such as VIP and VIP Plus) last 30 days from purchase, do not renew automatically, and can be bought again to extend them.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove what it provided, including anything you received from it, and may restrict purchases on accounts with repeated refunds.
- Chest and reward odds are shown in the Game.
- If you delete your account or we close it for breaking these terms, you lose your virtual items without refund, except where the law says otherwise.
5. Ads
The Game may offer optional rewarded ads. Rewards are credited by our servers after the ad network confirms the ad was completed.
6. Chat and your content
Chat is public to other players. Be respectful: no hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, spam, personal information, or illegal content. Messages are filtered and can be reported. You keep ownership of what you write but give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and show it in the Game. We may mute, remove content from, or ban accounts that break the chat rules, and the rules may change with notice in the Game.
7. Multiplayer and leaderboards
Features such as Arena, Raids and leaderboards are provided as part of the Game. Matchmaking, results, rankings and rewards are determined by our servers and we may adjust, reset or correct them (for example at the end of a season or to fix errors).
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change, pause or discontinue the Game or any feature, require an updated version to keep playing, and run maintenance. We do not promise the Game will always be available or error-free.
9. Our rights
The Game, its art, music, code and names belong to Octenda Inc or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms give you no ownership of them.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Game. If the Game fails to meet a warranty, you may tell Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for claims about the Game, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a US embargo and not on a US government restricted-party list.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts at Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the Game for significant changes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
